Bedwrecker is so much fun to read. With each new book I am fast becoming addicted to writing by Kim Karr. The loved the musical references to Taylor Swift’s heartbreak songs, Rod Stewart’s sexy Maggie May and Elvis were also a ton of fun too.
Maggie May and Keen Masters meet at on New Year’s Eve in New York City and like two peas in a pod. Both are very much alike yet somehow their chemistry explosive and holy heck the sparks flew! So much so that their one night stand had them both agreeing to more. The only kink in the plan was Keen living in NYC and Maggie living in California. In spite of this they still made plans to see each other.
Keen’s loses his job on Wall Street shortly after New Year’s Eve and just disappears. Well he actually ends up in Vegas on a gambling binge until his brother, Brooklyn, and his friend, Cam, get him and bring him back to Cali with them.
Maggie is left thinking she’s been dumped and needless to say it pissed. So, when Keen shows up at her home she shares with Brooklyn, on Valentine’s Day too, let’s just say she doesn’t hold back. The thing I loved about Keen is he is ready to kiss a** and make things right between them but Maggie wants no part of it!
But what happens when Maggie finds out she is going to be working with Keen?
Bedwrecker is an absolutely must read. Plus I guarantee the banter between Keen and Maggie will keep you in stitches!
