“Jesus, you’re sexy.” I spoke without thinking.

“Me?” she asked, sounding incredulous.

“Yes. Your curls, your curves, your smile. You’re so beautiful, and you have no idea, which makes you even more so in my books.”

She blinked, looking startled. “I had no idea you felt that way.”

I leaned forward, taking her glass from her fingers, setting it on the table, then dragging her onto my lap. I covered her mouth with mine and kissed her. I plunged one hand into her curls I loved so much, smoothing the silky strands between my fingers, and used my other arm to hold her tight. She opened for me, and I explored her, the crisp taste of the wine still lingering on her tongue. I only meant to kiss her once and let her return to her corner, but now that I had her in my arms, I didn’t want to let her go. I kissed her harder, delving my tongue into her mouth and finding all the sweet ridges, the smoothness of her teeth, the velvet feel of her tongue in my quest. She returned my caresses with enthusiasm, pressing herself closer, her legs splaying over mine so she straddled me. She wove her fingers into my hair, tugging and pulling, teasing the nape of my neck, making me hiss in pleasure. I was hard with desire for her, and I let her feel it. I wanted her to know how much she turned me on. When our mouths separated, I dragged my lips to her ear, after worshiping the smooth skin of her cheek and neck. “Beautiful,” I stated firmly.

She blinked at me, her dark eyes wide in her face. “I think you’re the sexiest man I have ever seen.” She ran her hands over my arms. “I have never met anyone like you. So strong and masculine, yet so sweet and amazing.” She swallowed. “You make me feel safe, Ronan.”

“You are always safe with me. Always.”

She bit her lip, glancing down between us. “You’re, ah, large everywhere.”

I chuckled. “All to make you smile, little bird.”

“Well, you do that just fine,” she responded.

I fell in love with Ronan Callahan from the very beginning of his book. Ronan was the oldest of his triplet brothers, Paul and Jeremy. Not just the oldest but also the leader of the trio and always with a watchful eye looking out for his brothers. They had always done everything together and for some reason it always fell on Ronan to take care of things. But when Paul and Jeremy began dating twins Ronan found himself as the odd man out. Even though his brothers wanted him to meet some of their girlfriends friends Ronan declined. Having been burnt by his former girlfriend Loni he wasn’t looking to hook up with anyone just yet. Still with his brothers having significant others now he felt even more left out

After a quick workout Ronan stopped in the Nifty Fifty to grab some dinner. It was here that he meets Beth Jones, the sassy, curvy and gorgeous waitress who works there. Both strike up a flirty, friendly friendship that night leaving them entirely charmed by the other. Needless to say, it doesn’t take long for Ronan to make this a nightly occurrence. After finally getting Beth’s phone number let’s just say that these two clicked!!

Ronan was totally smitten with Beth. How she was such not only beautiful she is but how powerful and driven as she worked hard to provide for her and her younger brother. Both had lost their parents to a horrible accident a few years earlier. Not only was she a hard worker but she was in school and as a side gig baked the best cakes anywhere. On their first date Ronan meets Beth’s best friend Paige and her little girl. It was really cute the way Paige’s daughter was immediately attracted to Ronan too.

Ronan and Beth have a whirlwind romance that they could quickly both see becoming something more. The torrid chemistry between them was sensual, passionate and bordering on carnal why wouldn’t they? But one of the things that Ronan loved best about Beth was the fact that she saw him for who he was, one of three triplets, not for who his family was or the money they had but just himself. A good-hearted man who loved freely and wanted nothing more than to make her and her family happy.

But the very thing he had never shared with Beth was exactly who he was. Knowing that it was something that would have to be divulged too!

But what happens when Beth finds out before he has a chance to tell her? And would she ever be able to see past him keeping it from her?

Finding Ronan’s Heart is a must read. There is so much goodness in this book, plus I love the way Melanie weaves family into the soul of this book. Not only do we need more books like this, but we more just feel good to read books.
