Louise Bay always writes a smart, suave, and sinfully sexy book!  Park Avenue Price will certainly not disappoint as she does it once again.  I love how she is able to make you fall in love with the men of her book and talk about SWOON…..gah, Sam Smith will absolutely steal your heart!!

Sam Smith is the epitome of good looking, smart and very successful businessman.   He has made his fortune by years of hard work and doing without things that he felt unnecessary.  Arriving at the pinnacle of his success he has just purchased his first apartment on Park Avenue.    

Sam’s life hadn’t always been this way.  After the death of his parents Sam entered the foster system. It was the years of being in the system that attributed to his lack of possessions as well as the need for possessions.  

Grace Astor has grown up on Park Avenue.  Yet, in spite of always having the things that money can buy she is out to prove that she is not a “Park Avenue Princess.”  Determined to make her recently opened Art Gallery a success on her, she has sold the one valuable art piece she had owned to cover expenses.  That and feature an exhibition of her former, cheating boyfriend!

It’s at this exhibition that Sam comes into Grace’s gallery to purchase art for his Park Avenue apartment.  He’s looking for art to purchase as an investment.  Sam is not only the kind of guy that Grace is not interested in but she realizes there is something a bit different about him too.  Not only does he find art to purchase but he also finds he has a definite interest in Grace! 

Such an interest that he requests her presence at the delivery of the art.  It’s at this delivery where grace finds that Sam’s apartment is empty…. except for a ratty old sofa and a mattress on the floor of his bedroom floor.  This is also where the two of them become intrigued with each other.  Why would a man who lived in a Park Avenue apartment have no furnishing?

It doesn’t take long before the chemistry between Sam and Grace is off the charts hot.  The banter that come with furnishing Sam’s apartment is fun and steamy.  But will Sam and Grace be able to let down the walls and find their “Ultimate Bliss?”
